1. Data we collect
When you create an account, we collect:
- Email address (optional — used only for login and notifications)
- Authentication credentials (Passkey public key — no passwords stored)
- Injection records: medication name, dose, date/time, injection site, notes
- Weight entries: date and weight value
- App settings and preferences
2. Legal basis (GDPR)
- Health data (injections, weight): Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR — your explicit consent
- Account data: Art. 6(1)(b) — contract performance
- Email communications: Art. 6(1)(a) — consent
3. Data storage
All data is stored on secure servers located in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH, EU). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We do not transfer data outside the EU.
4. Your rights
- Right of access — request a copy of your data
- Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — delete your account and all data
- Right to data portability — export your data as JSON
- Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing
5. Data sharing
We never sell your data. We use the following processors:
- Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting, Germany)
- Resend Inc. (email delivery — receives only your email address)
- Stripe Inc. (payments — receives only payment data, not health data)
6. Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account exists. After account deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days.

1. Zbierane dane
Przy założeniu konta zbieramy:
- Adres email (opcjonalny — wyłącznie do logowania i powiadomień)
- Dane uwierzytelniające (klucz publiczny Passkey — bez haseł)
- Rejestry zastrzyków: lek, dawka, data/godzina, miejsce iniekcji, notatki
- Wpisy wagi: data i wartość
- Ustawienia aplikacji
2. Podstawa prawna (RODO)
- Dane zdrowotne: Art. 9 ust. 2 lit. a) RODO — wyraźna zgoda
- Dane konta: Art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b) — wykonanie umowy
- Komunikacja email: Art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a) — zgoda
3. Przechowywanie danych
Dane przechowywane są na serwerach w Niemczech (Hetzner Online GmbH, UE). Transmisja szyfrowana TLS 1.3. Dane nie są przekazywane poza UE.
4. Twoje prawa
- Prawo dostępu, sprostowania, usunięcia, przenoszenia danych
- Prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie
- Prawo wniesienia skargi do PUODO (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych)
